India Announces Strong Squad for Asia Cup 2023
The All-India Senior Selection Committee on Monday announced the Indian squad for the upcoming Asia Cup 2023.

Rohit Sharma will lead the side, with KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, and Tilak Varma all in the mix.

The Asia Cup 2023 will be held in Pakistan from August 30 to September 17. India are the defending champions, having won the title in 2018.
The squad features a good mix of experience and youth. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are two of the most successful batsmen in world cricket, while Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul are two of the most promising young batsmen in India. Tilak Varma is a young batsman who has impressed in recent months, while Suryakumar Yadav is a versatile batsman who can bat anywhere in the order.
The bowling attack is also strong, with Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, and Mohammed Siraj leading the way. Kuldeep Yadav and Prasidh Krishna are two young bowlers who have shown promise, while Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel are experienced bowlers who can provide variety.
India will be looking to defend their title in the Asia Cup 2023. They have a strong squad and will be confident of doing well in Pakistan.
